Welcome to girlfridaydenise.com 

 Hi, I am Girl Friday Denise Neill, and I am offering my extensive and varied skills both equestrian and inter-personal to provide a service designed by you.

A few people have asked where did you get the name girlfridaydenise? It is an old fashioned name for someone who is prepared to turn their hand and work at anything!!

From house sitting to horse sales preparation I welcome enquiries for all types of work. I can travel and will consider each and every opportunity as it arises. Whilst I have listed a few of the services I can offer below, the list is by no means exhaustive. 

Holder of the British Horse Society Intermediate Instructors Certificate. I have  30 years teaching experience, and can travel to your house, so  if you don't have a horsebox, it is not a problem.

I gained most of my teaching experience at Millbridge Ridng Centre, in Comber Co Down. Millbridge used to be the largest Riding School in Northern Ireland, and is now only open for livery and hire. At Millbridge I can honestly say, I had some of the best days of my life. Lewis Lowry was a hard act to follow, and when he showed you how to do something, or taught you how to do something, you never forgot. It was a fanatstic training ground.

During the years I evented my beloved "Popapole." A rough diamond that I bought as a 4yold.  He was an extraordinary horse and together we progressed through the grades. He won prizes from dressage to showing, working hunter to showjumping, and our joint love of eventing.

I produced  many horses, some of which became internationals- Hedgepopper, Quite Frankly, New Venture, Superpop,and Half and Half only to name a few.

Founder of Cavan Equestrian Riding school and former groom at Millstreet. Co Cork.At that time Millstreet was an international venue and we had international horses and riders on site.

 I also worked both teaching and all aspects of show preparation  in Florida for Emile Spadone, whose wife Michelle represented USA at Dublin Horse Show 2009.

Former pony selector Northern Region for the former Irish Horse Trials . Also committee member for the same. 

More recent years have seen me working in commercial and domestic sales management roles dealing with a variety of people and undertaking a diverse range of tasks.

I have often been in positions of responsibility for property, monies and assets.

The above experiences have given me the drive and ambition to market myself  in a more fulfilling manner where I am master of my own time and can enjoy my own horses more fully.
